It is set up like this……….. *Boss (Runs and overseas all operations within a family and with other Republic Families).*Co-Boss (Advisor to the boss, 2nd in charge and can make decisions on behalf of the boss when not online and answers only to the boss. Helps with recruiting).*Bruglione (Highest soldier rank within a family, a loyal family member. Overseas all Underbosses and Captains. Two Brugliones must be online to make a decision on behalf of the boss but both must agree it is the best thing to do. Helps with recruiting).*Underboss (Reports to Bruglione and overseas all captains and soldiers. Helps with recruiting. A Bruglione in training.)*Captain (Reports to Underboss and helps with overseeing of soldiers).*Soldier (Reports to Captains and Underbosses).*Member (No status, new member). Promotion is only earned through following the rules, your orders and by showing loyalty to your family by looking out for them, helping them and rejoining them, round after round. Show me these qualities and I will show you the fast way the top. When logging in at the beginning of a round, don’t hire anyone or buy anything as if your not in a family yet, 9/10 times you’ll get hit. Just send a message for an invite and you’ll get one. Just wait till you get it and once your in, you have family protection. Always log in here in Melbourne as well. And try using the same name so we can find you easier to send the invite.When using turns, use them in multiples of 26. That seems to get the best results when hitting, collecting and producing.When hiring, start by only hiring hitmen and hustlers until you get to 150000 hustlers, then you can start hiring thugs and bodyguards. The difference is, hitmen are much better, they kill more and die less, thugs n bodyguards die like bugs in a zapper.Collecting is the best way to get cash. Go to collect and then go collect loan payments. Watch how much you get. Your boys will need alcohol and drugs to keep them happy when collecting so make sure you are well stocked up or you may find your guys ditching you.We have a family bank that we send money to, to help the family try and rank (if we rank, we get free turns) So every time we collect or do a hit, we send off the profits to our bank. You must bank.Hitting. We have a lot of friends in this game and it would be a shame to ruin that over a few silly mistakes. Make sure you know who all our allies are and who we are friends with so you don’t hit them. There are no excuses. You will be booted and possibly 0’d for it. When hitting, if your target is in another location, travel, make your hit and get back to Melbourne. You must return home after any trips away. If you are attacked, copy the attack logs and send them to the boss or the co-boss. Never revenge or hit them back without approval. I know it sucks but we need to see if it can be fixed before we war.Try keep your Net Worth as low as possible at all times. The lower it is, the lower the chances of you getting attacked. The higher it is, well, you’ll be the sorry one when you find nothing left.That’s pretty much it. It seems like a lot, but once you know it, its nothing. Welcome to the family.
